Professional Services

Are you a professional seeking Clinical Supervision or Consultation? Do you need speaker for your next event? We provide a range of services for professional services.

Supervision and Consultation

Rising Hope Counseling and Wellness have provided  Clinical Supervision for close to two decades.  We offer supervision to those seeking licensure and to established therapists. We also offer consultation. As an LICSW in Massachusetts, we have the licensure to provide clinical supervision for LCSW’s, LMHC’s, and more. We have supervised Master’s-level counselors to help train and prepare them as professional counselors in the areas of Social Work, Expressive therapies, Counseling, and more. We provide both individual and group clinical supervision to students and therapists looking to enhance their practice, therapeutic skills and to explore and identify possible themes and issues that might arise during treatment. This includes aspects such as teaching clinical techniques, increasing self-awareness, diagnosis and treatment, transference, racism, etc.

We are very personable and supportive. We believe in the powerful combination of mentorship and clinical practice/skills enhancement. Our goal is to understand and support you as a Person and as a Clinician. Overall, we hope to help you develop or further develop your clinical voice and practice.  If you would like more information about supervision or consultation, please contact us.

In their words

"Thank you LaMone! This was such an invaluable experience and I am so grateful to have you as my first year practicum instructor." â€‹â€‹

"LaMone did an amazing job exposing to me a variety of experiences".

"LaMone has helped me tremendously with developing my clinical skills this year. She provided numerous documents, websites, and videos to enrich my learning in this virtual environment. These are resources I will carry with me as I enter the next steps in my career. These resources included information on first sessions with clients, the therapeutic journey, crisis intervention, communication skills, identity exploration, and many other therapeutic techniques".

"LaMone has provided space and time for case conceptualization during weekly supervision, providing insight, advice, and exploration. She has never needed to cancel a supervision meeting with late notice and is always reachable within business hours. She has communicated real examples of when to use therapeutic techniques and interventions with clients (CBT, Narrative Therapy, Socratic Questioning, etc.) during supervision hours".

"LaMone has created the welcoming, supportive, and encouraging environment for my first year practicum.  The ways she shows up as her authentic  self with me and her clients is so inspiring and has really encouraged me to find and cultivate my clinical voice.  I really appreciate the time she's taken to share her wealth of knowledge with me and supporting me as I grow as a clinician".
