The Healing Haven (Coming Soon)

We're excited to announce the upcoming launch of The Healing Haven Membership – a sacred sanctuary crafted especially for BIPOC women who have experienced the profound loss of a pregnancy and/or infant.

At The Healing Haven, we understand that the journey of grief and healing can feel isolating and overwhelming. That's why we're creating a nurturing community where you can find solace, support, and sisterhood as you navigate through your grief and embark on the path to healing.

Our membership will offer a holistic approach to healing, with live monthly healing circles, access to a private online community, curated resources to support your healing journey, and much more.

The Healing Haven is here for you.  Subscribe below to the first to know when we launch!

Sisters of Aya

Sisters of Aya is a 5-week support group for women of color who have experienced pregnancy/ infancy loss and fertility challenges. It is a group where women of color can just be themselves – Fabulous! It is a safe, warm, welcoming, and open place for us to grieve without judging ourselves or have others judge us. We, as women of color, are taught to just keep moving and to not acknowledge the true trauma caused from losing a child and fertility challenges. We need to break the silence and stigma associated with pregnancy, infant loss and infertility within our community.

Aya is an African symbol of endurance and resourcefulness. Ladies while you have endured and survived many adversities in your lives, you are still Strong, Beautiful and Talented!!! Sisters of Aya, the support and crafts, will help us take care of ourselves and heal from within. This is a unique 5-week group that allows women of color to collectively grieve, love, and support each other, while we engage in various craft activities to tap into our creative side.  This group is limited to 6-8 participants.

Crafts Supplies

The Crafty Crew

We love to use creativity in various ways in our practice. The Crafty Crew is a mobile craft studio/program in which we engage in various art-based activities connected to a social emotional theme that promotes community, fun, courageous conversation, empowerment, and identity. These events can be virtual or in-person. We work with schools, churchs, groups, community organizations and more. This space provides an opportunity for participants to ground ourselves, laugh, dance, create artwork and bask in our awesomeness.  Yes, Crafting can be a form of therapy too.
