The “Meet Up”
One
We meet up in this forest called “Life”, we’ll talk a little to see what you would like to accomplish on this journey and to see if we are a good fit for us to start this journey together. This is a free virtual 15-20 minute consultation call.
Gathering Info and Planning
Two
We start to navigate the forest, gathering background information, and more specifics about your concerns, symptoms and goals. This will equip us for the journey as we will create a map for your success so we know where we are heading. This can take 1-3 sessions.
Exploration and Adventure
Three
We start to explore some of your thoughts, behaviors, and patterns that might be causing you discomfort, stress and/or holding you back. We begin to weed out the things that no longer serve you, establish ways to help you feel more grounded and in control, while equipping you with skills and tools that you need to be the best version of yourself.
The Destination
Four
We will start to reduce the frequency in us walking together because you have everything you need and are well equipped to continue this empowerment journey towards your healing and happiness. Welcome to Graduation! Yes, there is such as graduating from therapy!
